If you love a healthy kombucha then you’ll love the flavours of this beer. Fermented with a kombucha SCOBY it also has acai berry and raspberry. It’s tart, with subtle hop flavours.

Inspired by Florida’s State Pie, the Key Lime. It’s super hazy, sweet, sour, and creamy. Served on nitro, think of this as a “best of” compilation from Garage Project. Every trick in the book.

Inspired by the wine world, HeyDay have set out to create the Champagne of beers. It uses Chardonnay grapes, champagne yeast and hopped to give a white grape, gooseberry aroma. Finishes bone dry.

Based near idyllic Bream Bay, the team at McLeod’s enjoy some of New Zealand’s best surf (even in winter). This low-alcohol stout was made for sipping around a cracking bonfire with friends. The perfect pour once the sun sets and the last wave has been surfed.

When you are in the heart of wine country, you have things like a 100% brett-savvy just lying round for two years. So Moa did what any brewery would do: blended it with a strong, Belgian style beer. Nom nom nom.

With agave and gold kiwi fruit, this is designed to represent the brewery’s duelling personality (Marge and Rita). Sweet, sour, tart, fruity, it’s as close to tequila as they could conjure. Make sure to salt the rim!

Coffee and donuts are inseparable as Yin is to Yang. In partnership with Grumpy Donuts and Toby’s Estate roasters, this is a Milk Stout, with actual donuts used in the process. All complemented with a special blend of gently roasted beans.

After nailing it with last year’s ‘Grandma’s Jam Cider’, the Devils team have gone back to the well with this
twist on an Aussie family fave: Grandma’s Rhubarb & Apple Crumble. We’re talking 100% Tasmanian grown rhubarb and apples, freeze distilled to add body, then gassed with Nitrogen for a creamy finish. Delish!

LOBO is all about traditional cider made traditionally, using apples, different apples, a blend of traditional cider apples (including the Kingston Black), and just apples that come from their apple trees. Definitely no rare doogle fruit, no exotic spices, no bits of cured pig, no seafood. Just apples.

COLLABORATING WITH UP IN SMOKE

Footscray smokehouse Up In Smoke took a bunch of apples and gave them the full cold smoke treatment, before handing them over to Twisted Sister to press and ferment along with more than a few litres of smoked maple syrup. In cider terms, it’s a game changer.
